Duties & Responsibilities:
▪Review & update the Development plan during the year & communicate it with all stakeholders.
▪Calculate, apply, distribute, and monitor the Monthly sales targets versus achievement.
▪Handling all the requests from internal & external customers.
▪Create a meeting with any new project to prepare the integration process with the IT & the biller.

▪Review & update the Commission scheme & communicate it with all stakeholders (Points of Sales)
▪Calculate, apply, distribute, and monitor the Monthly sales targets for Orange Egypt shops versus Orange Group's
▪Prepare the calculation of all monthly entitlements and variable payments according to the compensation plan o Free group share, handsets installment, Visa fees, etc.
▪Calculate the sales incentive plan & commission payment for direct & indirect sales employees after receiving and reviewing achievement results of the various sales channels
▪Issue and present monthly achievement corporate sales reports to top management
Delivering 100% of required reports on time with 100% accuracy \{\{ Procurement & Multi Exclusive Sales - Orange, Egypt Nov. 2014 - Dec. 2017 Duties & Responsibilities:
▪Complementary Sales Summer Project Manager In "North Coast & Ain Sokhna" o Responsible for purchasing kiosks, booths, and mini shops o Support with the design team to design the needed assets (kiosks, booths, mini shops) o Support procurement in the negotiation phase o Benchmarking kiosks prices and designs among different suppliers o Review the approved supplier's design and follow up on the manufacturing and delivery plan
