Currently working with the team involved in the implementation of new investment management system (Calypso) and involved in all stages of the project.
Meeting with our correspondent banks account managers and discuss different aspects that needs improvements and conduct analysis on services changes, bank fees and monitor all banking activities and optimizing account interest rates.
Ensure the timely Pre-match, Trade Processing, Investigations, confirmations and settlements functions and resolve transactional issues for different products FX, placements, Fixed Income, OTC products.
Perform daily cash management functions (e.g. cash positioning, determination of funding requirements, reconciliation of planned vs. actual cash movements
Assist in maintaining treasury departmental processes, controls, job aids and policy documents to ensure that they reflect current processes.
Process daily payments, collateral calls and managing exposure between AMF entities and counterparties using SWIFT.
Daily reconciliation processes of Nostro and Security position balances.
Managing all payments an accurate and timely manner according to business requirement.
Monitoring of bounced cheques and inform tenant to pay their dues.
Receives cash and cheque payments for residential and commercial lease and prepares acknowledgement receipt.
Refund or recovery computation of the evacuating tenant.
Check receivable report from Purelogic for the water, sewage and cooled energy consumption by tenants and reconcile with payments to Tabreed.
Examine agreement with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate disbursement.
Handling & replenishment of petty cash.
Conduct surveys regarding the new development areas in Islamic Finance.
Assisted in the business plan for a new IT company.
Represented and introduced the firm’s services in the International Islamic Finance Forum
Worked in conducting supply and demand gap analysis for the market.
Follow up the latest news and trends in the Real Estate market.
Worked with team members in establishing the Arab Appraisal Foundation in 2010
