 Develop an operational plan which incorporates goals and objectives that work
towards the strategic direction of the company.
 Ensure that the operation of the company meets the expectations of its clients,
Board and owners.
 Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the organization.
 Coordinate the realization of the business plans with various departments of
the company.
 Financial & HR special focus to continuously improve people & financial
performance.
 Oversee operations & forecast potential roadblock & participate with the
concerned department to put mitigation plans in place.
 Approve expenditures within the authority delegated by the Board.

Warehouse operations management .
 Hold the planning director role to achieve all organizational objectives & realize
 the company vision.
 Develop operational plans which incorporates the work, procurement & time
needed to develop a final deliverable product within our various projects.
 Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of production.
 Coordinate the realization of the delivery plans with sales, procurement & financial
management.
 Oversee the planning, implementation, execution and evaluation of special projects.
