Coordinate and oversee all Technical activities / Engineering related Celia and Greek projects, including communicating with consultant, design team and client
Work closely with project manager during all phases of the construction lifecycle.
Direct and manage the implementation of the project including coordination with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors and other external and internal parties to achieve project milestones.
Maintain client relationships
Attend site RFIs and coordinate with the design team, as and when required.
Solving the technical problems that prevent the completion of a project by determine technical goals and produce detailed plans with innovative solutions to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
Conduct interviews, hire technical staff, provide training, assign them specific tasks as per project plan and monitor their performance.
Lead a team of Architects, Structural and MEP Engineers to produce the required Technical Submittals.

Design review and issue of RFI’s to cover all the design discrepancies.
Preparation and issue of RFP's and the evaluation of proposals.
Corresponds to all the letter, documents comments and instructions which may deviate from the contract.
Attend Meetings, Site Walks and Mockups and prepare reports for review and approval.
Review and comment sub-contractor’s Materials, Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs, RFPs, VOs and Letters and ensure the compliance with project documents.
Reporting to and advising senior management and clients as required on all elements and facets of managing the design and construction process.
Corresponding with client, consultants, subcontractors and authorities.
Maintaining sound management processes and document control procedures; overseeing quality assurance & file management.
Attending or chairing meetings and / or workshops with consultants and contractors, preparing meeting minutes and follow up to achieve identified actions.
Assessing and monitoring risk and contractual exposure for ATC.
Preparing and monitoring all the packages by technical reports, trackers and logs.
Participate in the Project closing out.

• Directing meetings and site walks and ensuring these are properly recorded.
• Interaction with the Client, Coordination with Contractor’s supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work.

• Ensure the Contractor’s compliance with the Contract Documents.

• Technical Review for all the submittals (Shop drawings Architectural, Materials, Proposals, RFIs) received from Hi-Tech Germany and Dubai in behave of suppliers (PCT, RIVA and STRASSACKER) prior to submit for consultant approval and monitoring and follow-up submittals approval process.
• Attending and leading design coordination, construction coordination and technical meetings and prepare & circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM).

Responsibilities/Tasks:
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all architectural activities, interior finishing Fit-out, FF&E, Jetty works, landscape, swimming pools, artificial stone and rocks, cape reed, pavilions, and thatched ceiling.
• Prepare, review, comment sub-contractor’s Materials, Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs and issuing CVIs (Confirmation of Verbal Instruction) for various finishing work activities prior to commencement at site and submit it to the consultant and follow up the approval.
• Perform quality audits per the required schedule.
• Liaising with Project Stakeholders, The Employer, Supervision Consultant and Design team.
• Inspect and approval mock-up samples prepared by our construction team and subcontractors.
• Coach and train Quality engineers to integrate them in the work and ensure their improvement.

• Arrange and attend several tests for architectural and civil materials carried by approved 3rd party laboratory (Cost more than 1.000.000 AED) include, but are not limited to: -
a- Curtain wall tests include air infiltration, static water penetration, structural load, dynamic water penetration, movement tests and seismic tests by Thomas Bell-Wright laboratory.
b- Wood and Alum. Doors Acoustic test, balcony balustrade structural test, concrete, screed, waterproofing tests.
c- Marine static, dynamic and lateral test on Jetty marine piles.
• Deep knowledge of the fire rated and acoustic doors and authorities’ requirements for handing-over.
• Ensure QA/QC project procedures are strictly followed by subcontractors.
• Issue Site Instruction & NCRs for the sub-contractors for the Non-conformance work.
• Approve sub-contractors, factory, and manufacturer’s prequalification / evaluation documents.
• Team Leader of snagging, de-snagging and handing over the entire project work on time.
