Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Handled the corporate “key accounts” such as the Kuwait Airways Corporation & Royal Jordanian Airlines from contract negotiations, to sealing the deal. The signed contracts generated revenues of more than 14 Million USD over a two years period
• Standardised with the help of account managers the corporate commercial proposals/offers, General Terms Agreements, Service agreement…etc. reducing the response time to clients’ RFQs.
• Created with marketing many of the corporate marketing tools used in events & exhibitions (regional or international) which projected the corporate brand and image transferring it from a regional MRO to an international one.
• Explored potential/new markets and clients with the Area Sales Managers (ASM) based on market analysis, corporate SWOT analysis, strategic planning to market penetration. As a result the Russia/CIS & African markets were penetrated in 2013, 2014 respectively.
• Monitor regularly the progress of sales functions in line with the foretasted corporate targets in terms of profit, revenue & sales objectives.
• Represented the corporate in various aviation conferences and exhibitions to increase networking with industry players & clients. Thereby establishing trust and confidence between the corporate and its clientele.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Created an internal program for increasing airworthiness and safety awareness of corporate staff. “Quality Assurance Circulars” were drafted and explained to all staff that elevated levels of compliance and reduced complacency, incidents and accidents.
• Restructured the Policy and Procedure Manual (PPM) in line with the quality system and regulatory authorities’ requirements, to the new Repair Station Manual (RSM) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) for the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
• Performed all liaison functions with regulatory authorities concerning quality and airworthiness gaining their trust and learning from their expertise, henceforth transferring that knowledge to all levels of management raising awareness and regulatory compliance.
• Held accountable for the proper training of corporate staff at various levels through conducting in-house training of FAR 43, FAR 145 & EASA 145.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Organized priorities of work based on work plans or contingencies from planning that aim at reducing idle time of manpower and machines.
• Managed the available technical teams by assigning the adequate and skilled resources to execute the daily scheduled tasks in workmanship manner labelled with high quality standards and sound technical expertise. This yielded efficient utilization of human resources for performance optimization.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Established liaison with various manufacturers & vendors (such as GE, Lockheed Martin, Pratt & Whitney) concerning technical issues and maintenance strategies in an efficient manner saving money and time by electing best repair options which contributed to enhancing repair options over replacements.

• Accomplished all regulatory pre-requisite requirements for an (AOC) mainly, Operational Specifications & Statement of Compliance that have yielded issuance of the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in July 2007.
• Evaluated potential aircraft for dry lease from both commercial and airworthiness aspects. Consequently JY-JIA was the first registered aircraft to launch cargo operations.

Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Succeeded in obtaining the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in April 2005, by teaming with Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission (CARC) staff in the departments of Flight Safety and Air Transport to prepare all required legal and regulatory data and documents required for the company.
• Communicated with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) & International Air Transport Association (IATA) to lay down the requirements, legal procedures and formats which resulted in obtaining the air operator codes from both organizations.

Manage a staff of maintenance technicians working on a computer software handling maintenance procedures and activities on all operating aircraft in Royal Jordanian Air Force.

Administer and operate the above mentioned Computerized Aircraft Maintenance System.

Communicate with Director of maintenace and other aircraft chief divisions for issues related to aircraft operations and maintenance procedures.

Lead a project effecting the F-16 aircraft publications and manuals with the United States Air Force (USAF) for two years. Giving various lectures to end users on the vesatility of the project. Allocating various responsibilities to different directories involved in the project, and communicating, corresponding and negotiating with project managers from USAF to resolve issues effecting the project. Finally, layout the required plans and procedures to adopt the system locally.

For the technical library, I have organized policies and procedures for procurement and dispatch of various aircraft publications from various suppliers.
Established a flexible policy and approach through the internet for the procurement and follow up of various publications ordered through the USAF and their supporting agents. Carried out various training sessions for the staff to qualify them for performing the job through a computer based solution.
