Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Handled the corporate “key accounts” such as the Kuwait Airways Corporation & Royal Jordanian Airlines from contract negotiations, to sealing the deal. The signed contracts generated revenues of more than 14 Million USD over a two years period
• Standardised with the help of account managers the corporate commercial proposals/offers, General Terms Agreements, Service agreement…etc. reducing the response time to clients’ RFQs.
• Created with marketing many of the corporate marketing tools used in events & exhibitions (regional or international) which projected the corporate brand and image transferring it from a regional MRO to an international one.
• Explored potential/new markets and clients with the Area Sales Managers (ASM) based on market analysis, corporate SWOT analysis, strategic planning to market penetration. As a result the Russia/CIS & African markets were penetrated in 2013, 2014 respectively.
