- Handling Accounts Receivable for all group companies (UAE / Bahrain /Oman / Qatar / Egypt / Iraq / Lebanon) Review progress billings from clients, inter-company transactions, export of (Goods & Services) and prepare & post related Tax Invoices in Oracle.
- Reconciliation of All Group Companies AR & attend receivables collections meetings.
- Review & Approve All Group Companies AP invoices for posting in Oracle.
- Communicate with plant department to review documents of imported goods during the month for the purpose of calculating the value of tax under reverse charge mechanism.
- Preparation & Filing of Value Added Tax Returns for all Group companies (UAE / KSA / Egypt / Lebanon / Bahrain) & Insure Reconciliations.
- Preparation of Income Tax Returns for (Egypt / Iraq / Lebanon)
- Monitoring Monthly closing (Accruals / Prepayments, Forex revaluation & GL Reconciliations)
- Preparation of Financial statements and providing auditors with all the data needed for financial year audit.
- Achievements:
• Dec 2017: Implementing additional setup on the Accounting ERP Sage Accpac for VAT Purposes.
• Jun 2018: Managing workshops for VAT Setup with Oracle Team & preparation of migration data for Accounts receivable during the implementation of Oracle.

-Inventory (Booking Stock Additions, Issuance & Returns and perform Physical counts).
- Plant, Property & Equipment (Booking capitalization, disposal, depreciation entries
prepare fixed assets schedule).
- Accounts payable (Perform all procedures from booking the invoice till payment).
- Accounts receivable (Perform all procedures from booking the invoice till collection).
- Banks (Bank reconciliations, L/Gs issuance, Online Banking).
- Issue Payments either by Checks, Cash or Bank Transfers.
- Review of Office, Site & Yard Petty Cash and prepare their reimbursement.
- Preparation of Withholding Tax, Value Added Tax, Payroll Tax & Income Tax Returns.
- Review of payroll and preparing monthly payroll tax & social security payments.
- Prepare Monthly Cash Forecast.
- Perform monthly closing (Amortization, Accruals, Prepayments, Forex Revaluation & POC Calculations) and prepare monthly Financial Statements & Reconciliations.
- Preparation of Annual Financial statements & Provide the Auditors with all data needed for financial year audit.
- Preparation of Tax Inspection Files and attend Tax Inspections Committees.
- Report to the Group Financial Manager in UAE.
- Relocate Between Egypt & Iraq.

Achievements: Creation of an integrated accounting cycle during the setup of the company Including (Chart of accounts & Opening Balance sheet)

- Achievements: Shifting Accounting Books from Manual books (Which was used for more than 10 years) To Excel Sheets Representing Accounting Entries, Leger, Trial Balances and Financial Statements.

- Review of Clients Withholding Tax Declarations.
- Review of client expenses documents to determine supported and none supported ones for income tax declaration purpose.
