• Full responsibility for the IT department in both PR Club Sharming Inn Hotel and PR Club El Hayat Hotel with the help of 2 technical support.
• Assist and administrate a LIFE KEM system for the back and front office and SOLUTION for the HR department.
• Assist and administrate Fidelio V8, Sun, Vision and MC Material’s systems.
• Take the responsibility for the scheduled Duty manager position.
• Hold a deserved quality service for both employee and hotel guests.

• Rebuild the internal network for the hotel with the engineering assist.
• Install an administrated network based on Windows Server 2003 “in both Hotels”.
