1. Supervise and lead the A/P team to do the following:-
• Following Up the daily Purchases Export and Local
• Book keeping for Ap daily Journal Entry
• Following Up the Bank Debit to suppliers.
• Following Up Checks Paid to suppliers.
• Booking the Bank Debit & Checks Paid to suppliers on the System.
2. Preparing the monthly Purchases reports contain full analysis for all transactions during the period.
3. Responsible for resolving any invoices, discount issues to avoid late payment.
4. Monitoring Supplier account details for non payments, delayed payments and other Irregularity.
5. Maintain accounts payments suppliers files process adjustments.
6. Issue proper, accurate and timely AP ageing analysis report and bad debts provision report to the key stakeholders.
7. Preparing checks and writing them on the due dates of suppliers.
8. Receive the statement of account from the supplier and match it and know the differences so that the accounts are identical.
9. Supervise monthly and year-end closing tasks and reconciliations Ensure implementation of corporate internal controls in the general accounting area.
10. Coordinate and prepare external audit materials and external financial reporting on quarterly basis.
11. The model of rebate taxes model 41 quarterly.
1. Making monthly extracts for subcontractors.
2. The work of the monthly abstract submitted to the owner

3. Make monthly reports and data to follow up the
subcontractors' entitlements and submit them to be paid
