• • Receive the relevant drawings or selecting the required drawings, specification, bill of quantities (BOQ) and verify whether selected materials and equipment are suitable to run the system.
• Raise requests for information (RFI) and design queries (DQ) if necessary details are missing, and specifications contradict with each other.
• With sound knowledge selecting or confirming consultant material schedule of sand filter, filtration or circulation pump, inlet, vacuum, drain, heater, heat cool unit, heat exchanger, dosing system, UV, Ozonator and other systems,
• Preparation and submission of the compliance statement to the consultant, update civil material and MEP fitting and equipment price, update technical and commercial knowledge on the projects that I worked on.
• Estimating or costing based on drawings, specifications or our own proposal confirming Dubai Municipality standards, specifications or international standards.
• Review and coordinate material submissions. Coordinate with subcontractors for material selection as per the approved design
maintenance manual
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with first class Good Command of both spoken and written English
