Communicate and welcoming the customers coming to the center.
• Respond and answer to the customers inquires.
• Ensure the completion of paperwork required for the service and the required documents.
• Guide the client to the right counter by issuing the correct token.
• Provide services applications and ensure proper stock of application / brochures and forms are available in the centre
• Raise any suggestion / complaint / Note to the direct supervisor.
• Report the call center or other department hot cases for the direct supervisor.
• Recommend any development procedure to improve the reception work.
• Handle emergency cases/ situations
• Follow up the decisions and administrative circulars.
• Participate in the development and application of the operational plan of the Centre.
• Attend all trainings nominated for and be aware of all procedures and processes.
• Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate..
o Bachelor in Science of Computer Engineering with CGPA 3.62 from Ajman university (2009-2014)
