PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
1.Evaluating project cost/ benefits analysis at project decision points.
2.Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators/ promoters.

COST REDUCTION:
1.Leading cost reduction projects through design changes, quality improvement & outsourcing.
2.Keeping schedules and budgets up to date.
3.Preparing to report on status of projects weekly to executive management team.
CO-ORDINATION/ RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:
1.Liaising with consultants on determining technical and contractual matters.
2.Relationship management with the employer for project related issues.
MAN MANAGEMENT:
1.Assessing the training needs of the various employees in co-ordination with the various department heads in the respective departments
2.Coaching employees & counseling, appraising and reviewing performance, ensuring optimum performance.
QUALITY CONTROL/ ASSURANCE:
1.Ensuring adherence to quality standards as per the area government standard requirements, Like Saudi Building Code of KSA and also well knowledge in US, UK standards, IEC & IEEE wiring regulation.
2.Identifying areas of system failures and taking steps to rectify the system.
3.Practicing quality standards with key emphasis on improving quality.
TESTING/ COMMISSIONING:
1.Carrying out inspection tests for determining the effectiveness in view of performance.
2.Developing and implementing testing procedures and systems.
3.Taking stringent quality measures including preparation/ maintenance of necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
4.Commissioning of equipment, providing utility services to the equipment.
MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS:
1.Planning and effecting predictive and preventive maintenance schedules of various machinery and instruments to increase machine up time and reliability.
2.Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/ measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O & M expenditures and work within the budget.
MAINTENANCE PURVIEW:
1.HVAC System comprising of Chillers, Chilled Water Pumps, FAHU & AHU, FCU, CCU, Exhaust & Ventilation Fans.
2.ELECTRICAL System comprising of Switchgears, LV panel, Capacitor Bank, Generator System, UPS system, Lighting & Dimming Control, Motion Detector.
3.PLUMBING system Comprising of Water Booster Pump System, Chemical dozing & neutralization unit, Circulation Pump, Irrigation Pump, Drainage system comprising of Foul Drainage & Storm Drainage,
4.FIRE FIGHTING System comprises of fire alarm with Detector, Fire Fighting Pumps with the Sprinkler System & Central Battery System.
5.LOW CURRENT System comprises of GRMS, CCTV, Security Access Control System, IPTV and Public Address System.
6.BAS Controls all of the above mentioned systems through FM/DDC Stations with corresponding sensors.
