• Working as a Handover Manager in Core Team, DSQ (Diriyah Square) Project Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Leading the project with 24 years of overall GCC experience in MEP, Infrastructure installation, testing commissioning, handover, and maintenance.

• Ensure the arrangement of maintenance particulars (manpower, materials, plan to complete the snag/outstanding works, etc.) with contractors during the DLP—Defect Liability Period.
• Ensure the completion of snag works during the DLP with the contractor and guide them to obtain the FCC/PC/MC.
• Handing over the project to relevant authorities, clients, and end users on time.

• Worked as a Testing and Commissioning Manager, leading the project with 22 years overall experience in MEP installation, testing commissioning, and maintenance.

1. Working as a Handover and Commissioning Manager, Lead the Project with 20 years of overall MEP, Utilities, Infrastructure and Highways experience.

2. Submit and follow up all kind of Authority approvals like DC1, DC2, Building Permit, Environmental permit, RO, TDP, TTM, QCDD - Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Life Safety and ACMV, Kahramaa Scheme approval, Kahramaa Civil, fitting, protection inspection, Energization, QCDD occupancy and Municipality Completion Certificate.

3. Review and provide inputs in Design submissions and ensure the execution of the Project as per QCS, Ashghal IAN 20, Kahramaa and other Authority regulations.

4. Review and follow up with Consultant and relevant Authorities of all kind of Project submissions like MAR, MST, Commissioning Management Plan, Testing Commissioning Procedures, Operation and Maintenance Manual, Training Manuals and Final Handover Dossier.

5. Lead the site team and ensure the execution of the Project as per local Authority and project requirements.

6. Provide the clear Project status report to Client and relevant Authorities through Consultant.

7. Monitor the Project progress closely, identify the lacks, delays and ensure the successful completion of the Project on time.

8. Lead the Pre Commissioning and Commissioning activities with Consultant and relevant Authorities.

9. Lead and organize the required trainings system wise to the relevant Authorities, Clients and End Users.

10. Lead the successful Handing over of the Project with Client and relevant Authorities.

• Lead the Contractor with Consultant in pre commissioning, final testing and commissioning of the installed services.
• Technical review and approval on submissions like MAR, MST, Testing Commissioning Procedures, O&M Manuals, final handing over dossier as per Client and Authority compliance and requirements (QCS, LREDC and Contract Specifications).
• Direct, coordinate and ensure the installation with Contractor to achieve the best start of Testing and Commissioning stage.
• Initiate and follow up Authority correspondences through Client (LREDC) closely with Contractor in all of the required approvals like O&M Manual, Warranty certificates, Spare Parts, initial and final handing over dossier and inspection request to relevant Authorities like Kahramaa, Ashghal, QCDD, MOI and Municipality etc.
• Monitor the Testing and commissioning track report, deliverables and update the status to Client (LREDC).
• Conduct the required Testing and Commissioning Meeting with Contractor and Consultant to ensure the timely completion of the Project.
• Liaising with Contractor and Consultants on determining technical and troubleshooting issues.
• Identifying the areas of system failures and suggest the necessary rectification as required to Contractor/Consultant.
• Present the status of the project to Client and update the status on regular basis.
• Lead and witnessing all of the MEP Systems training with End user / Facility Management Team and handover the overall system on behalf of the Client.
• Coordinate and control all matters of Testing and Commissioning activities on site.
• Technical review and approval on submissions like MAR, MST, Testing and Commissioning Procedure, O&M etc., as per Client compliance, requirements etc, .
• Initiate and follow-up closely with Contractor in all of the required submission and approval procedures of authorities like Kahramaa, Ashghal, QCDD, MOI, Municipality, etc.
• Manage, lead and coordinate all matters relating to Testing and Commissioning validation perspective.
• Provide the technical assistance and advise in all matters of MEP Testing and Commissioning Management to ensure th execution as per the project and local specification on behalf of the Client.
• Direct, coordinate and ensure the installation with Project Contractor to achieve the best start of Testing and Commissioning stage.
• Monitor the Commissioning progress with planned report and update the status with Client (Qatari Diar, KATARA).
• Discuss with Consultant on determining the technical issues and ensure the execution to meet the Project technical specification and QCS.
• Witness and ensure the System final demonstration, functional test to meet the Project requirements.
• Lead the required training and handing over procedures to the end user’s satisfaction with Project Contractor and Consultant and ensure the system which meet the approved O&M Manual, technical specification, etc., .
• Support and approve the MEP claim of the Contractor and advise the cost saving possibilities to Client due to design changes, etc.,
• Monitoring and reporting the status of Schedules and budgets to Management and Client up to date.
• Conduct the Testing and Commissioning Meeting with Consultant and Contractor with the presence of Client to ensure the Project completion as on planned date.
• Follow and response the Contractual and technical letter correspondence at the earliest requirements.
• Relationship management with the Client for the Project technical, commercial and Project handing over etc.,
