- Troubleshooting on Linux Suse and SQL.
- Follow NetCare process and manage SLA.
- Preventive Maintenance and Health check.
- Monthly and Weekly Maintenance.
- Second level support for the customer.
- Creating standard operation procedure (SOP) for all day to day operations.
- Measuring running services using standard KPIs with customer.
- Monitoring the ticketing system to ensure solving/closing inside SLA.
- Crating network changes on change management system according to standard procedures.
- Ensure spare parts availability.
- Implementation and configuration of different VAS solution.
- Coordinate integration activities between the VAS solutions with the core network, the LAN, the charging systems and the third party service providers (SPs).
- Ensure timely delivery of content through VAS solutions operation and Maintenance of the hardware and software of VAS nodes such as (SMSC, MMSC, VMS, MCA, USSD, CRBT, etc.).
-Ensure timely backups of all the important data in the VAS nodes.
-Managing SDP products and dealing with it.
- Doing the needed operation and upgrade for all related products.
-Handling new SDP(Service Delivery Platform) Project for whole STC VAS department
- Dealing with any issue under SDP sytem related to CRM/IT until issue closed.
-Sending a weekly Performance Report to the Customer& high management showing VAS KPIs and VAS performance with showing whole risks and measurement in the related VAS nodes.
-Performing High/Critical Risk operations on Live network.
- Working on Fusion Sphere Cloud.
- Creating New VMs in FS Cloud.
-Creating RFC for each live operation in NetCare system and follow up with the related RND.
-Handling whole VAS cloud Project in STC including the maintenance/upgrades/fixing bugs issues in the software and fixing whole hardware issues)
-Responsible about CLOUD NFVI environment which handles whole CORE nodes.
