• Risk management of (SAR-17Billion) packaged housing projects program.
• Setup and implementing an overall program risk management processes manuals and assessment criteria for different scenarios.
• Risk identification, assessment, quantification then qualification.
• Financial risk assessment and post response planning.
• Risk workshops at different levels such as department heads level, management level and stakeholder level.
• Cost saving through early contractual risk identification.
• Risk dashboard reporting to all levels for risk owners and action owners to understand their accountability for individual risks.
• Conduct audits of policy and compliance to standards, including liaison with internal and external auditors.
• Provide support, education and training to staff to build risk awareness within the program and site staff.

• Establish program control manuals, procedure and workflows for (cost, time, planning, risk, reporting & KPIs).
• Manage the collection of data for establishment of new projects; develop a breakdown structure and project controls hierarchy on the master schedule.
• Building program level & construction level resource/cost loaded schedule.
• Responsible for leading the day-to-day internal program control business functions. Directing program control staff ensuring compliance with program control and company policies and procedures; progress, budgets, changes, claims, EOT, HSE, QA/QC.
• Progress EVM assessment for project level.
• Monitor cash-flow and technical controls objectives to produce plans, schedules and track budgets, highlighting variances to produce robust management information.
• Monitor and assess existing program and projects controls and KPIs, reflect lessons learned on future work streams.
• Executive Dashboard building and reports (weekly, monthly and quarterly), assuring KPIs are properly allocated internally and externally maintaining proper documentation for process logs.
• Optimized allocation & integration of resource requirement for PMO & construction structure (strategic/ operational).
• Project management software implementation (PMIS) & follow-up
• Primavera Server/ web Implementation.
• Claim and time extension assessment for four contractors and for the value of (USD 22Mil.)
• Change management procedure setup and monitoring.
• Program supplier and vendor strategic sourcing for material procurement follow-up.
• Coordinate government utilities & infrastructure projects plans & handover deadline requirements.
• Initiate, maintain and update the Risk Management Process on program and projects level, build the RM Plan document, assess Implementation Matrix with asset manager, Identify RBS, Stakeholders Analysis, construction Risk Registers, define strategy & action plan with priorities.
• Supervise risk workshops. Nominate risk owners. Prepare a response and a post response plan, discuss mitigations with decision makers and departments.

• Project reporting and dashboard automation.
• Document control tracking through schedule integration and management for possible claim events starting from RFIs through construction and handing over.
• Prepare on weekly, bi-weekly and Monthly basis; progress dashboard, cost control and financial performance reports, internal company’s executive reporting, all based on micro-level-7 schedule data, including take-off quantities, working man-hours, productivity and material costs.
• Build two cases for major financial and EOT claims for the value of (USD 38Mil.)
• Building the ability to negotiate and manage relationships with external stakeholders
• Establish risk management framework monitoring system (iRisk) & followups, risk workshops, reports and strategies.
• Program: USD (120) Million - Crowne Plaza Resort Project, Multi-Task Main-Office Support.
• Control Bid-Packages through delivery, project schedules overlap and cost baselines.
• Build master program schedule.
• Develop progress & cost control performance reports. Earned Value Analysis EVA (budget allowance, forecast direct/ indirect job cost and forecast revenue.)
• Highlight potential claim issues through continuous contract administration process.
• Review and evaluate; delays, extension of time and cost claims saving the client over (USD27Mil.)
• Well maintained records of project controls & measures.
