• Support HR and T/L&D activities/processes to achieve business strategy

• Manage, develop and oversee the JV training activity on site, in Algeria and abroad.
• Identify competency gaps and undertake periodic LNA to meet the objectives of the organization.
• Provide necessary tools and update the existing procedures to support the planning, organization and evaluation of the JV training activity.
• Compile the organization’s annual/multiannual training plans/forecasts.
• Prepare and control the budget allocated to the JV training logistics (hotel/ transport) and HMD training team.
• Manage the contracts for training and logistics services in country & abroad.
• Maintain an effective annual TP to ensure the training activity is in accordance with the approved TP and provide necessary support for non scheduled events.
• Supervise the internship activity in coordination with the Ops training teams.
• Ensure training/internship activity is carried out as per the JV procedures and Algerian law/regulations.
• Supervise the training team and provide the necessary coaching/ technical support to meet the business goals.
• Analyze L&D information and present the findings (statistics with tables & graphs/charts) to inform decision-making.
• Oversee the communication and the advertizing of the training activity throughout the JV.
• Interface with international/ local training vendors.
• Evaluate the overall training activity and implement CAPA, as necessary.
• Liaise with the Business Support Teams Managers for the evaluation of their trained personnel.
• Help manage/develop the performance review system.
• Develop specific training programs to meet the management/ organization’s needs and organize/facilitate team buildings, workshops, away days and coaching sessions for groups/ individuals.
