• Oversee, guide and support Program’s other components.
• Propose, manage, and monitor indicators and ensure adherence to approved work-plan; draft and propose adjustments needs related to factors on the ground or community needs.
• Efficiently manage component budget, as well as manage component-spending needs in accordance with work-plans and obtain necessary materials through the procurement system and process.
• Oversee programs and monitor their quality; identify gaps, additional community needs, or opportunities for improvement and take relevant actions to improve and expand programs
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly statistical and narrative reports, as well as monthly success stories and lessons learned and any other reports as requested by Blumont’s management or UNHCR to report on programs, indicators, and activities.
• Pro-actively identify new opportunities to improve programs or increase responsiveness to community needs as well as build new partnerships, gain donations, or promote Bumont’s activities.
• Organize Admin procedures, including absences, forms, and volunteer stipends, in coordination with HR and Finance teams.
• Represent Blumont in coordination meetings and interagency projects, with regular participation the Za'atari level Youth Task Force and Education Sub-Working Group as well as participation as needed in other sector level groups.
• Liaise with Blumont’s HQ to promote IRD Za'atari projects through media coverage and follow up on media needs on the ground
• Support delegation visits as needed by UNHCR and promote Blumont interests through highlighting of programs and development of partnerships.
• Design reports, forms, and other paperwork to track and collect information from team and volunteers.

Community Mobilization Coordinator at International Relief and Development/Blumont

• Managing the team of 12 Community Mobilizers and 61 Syrian volunteers.
• Ensure that all the indicators of the component are realistically set and oversight their achievement, as well as preparing weekly and monthly reports regarding the progress and challenges.
• Ensures inclusion and AGD in all Community Mobilization tools and techniques.
• Ensure that all protection and community-based principles are mainstreamed in all project cycles, and ensure that the protection concerns are identified by the community and reported to UNHCR.
• Communication with the service providers in the district and camp level to enhance their participation in the community gathering and provide the feedback in a timely manner.
• Work closely with Programs Director, M&E team, Security Officer and Finance and Administration staff in Za’atari Camp to develop and execute program plans.
• With the key staff develops work plans for Community Mobilization Component and ensures timely and proper implementation of proposed activities, and ensuring that Community Mobilization staff adheres to humanitarian principles, Code of Conduct, child protection, PSEA and other policies, practices and procedures and applicable Jordan regulations.
• Assist with planning and tracking financial expenditures for the project.
• Represents IRD independently or together with other colleagues in in relevant Coordination Meetings, meetings with current or potential donors, UNHCR, and/or government and international organizations in Za’atari and assigned locations.
• Proactively identifies gaps in services in the camp to generate new program ideas and to assist program development.
• Acting Coordinator for the Case Management Component (for 5 months).

Community Mobilization Assistant Coordinator at International Relief and Development/Blumont

Main duties as a Community Mobilization Assistant Coordinator

• Follow up on issues raised in community gatherings and support in supervising the implementation of the camp mobilization activities.
• Collect updates from the community mobilisers and ensure a transparent flow of information to the Community Mobilization Coordinator.
• Complete all reporting (weekly team meetings report, Community gatherings full minutes of meeting) in an accurate, organized, and comprehensive manner according to reporting protocol.
