I was responsible of:
1- Character building developer:
I was totally responsible of designing character building concepts, including games and activities.
Character building senior coach:
I was responsible of training junior coaches to deliver Akhlakona classes.
2- Coordinator and administrator:
I was a representative of Akhlakona in schools and centers, and dealt with school principals and managers. I dealt with parents and others and designed and delivered presentations about Akhlakona curriculum. Some of my tasks were to translate company’s documents, write reports, develop coaching strategies and train school teachers to teach effectively.
3- HR:
I was responsible of making interviews to new coaches and preparing the training system to new comers as well as designing evaluation system and forms.
4- Marketing:
I was responsible of making and delivering presentations to promote Akhlakona brand in various institutes, exhibitions and Akhlakona premises.
I was responsible of designing my classes and activities applying the most recent methods I acquired through training. I designed the English course for two years. I also was the director of the annual show for two years.
