Vichy Product Manager - Face Care & Iran
• Plan and implement new launches and maintain the growth of Face Care’s pillar products to contribute to Vichy’s growth in the GCC.
• Collect and analyze consumer data, market insights and competition strategies to localize and build stronger, more relevant communication for consumers.
• Propose and monitor 360° marketing plans to reach consumers through multiple touch points (POS, digital, PR, events, advertising) to increase awareness, consideration, advocacy, and purchase, while providing an engaging experience.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (sales, education, supply chain, etc.) and agencies to build the business strategy and meet its objectives.
• Ensure sales forecast accuracy on a monthly basis by working closely with demand planning.
• Analyze monthly sales and prepare clear messages for the management.
• Launch of Vichy’s renovated, user-friendly website in 2014, and continuously managing Vichy’s social media pages with the digital agency.
• Grow Vichy in Iran after the launch in 2013 by continuously animating the market with new launches, building pillars and upgrading the dermo-cosmetic category in the Iranian pharmacy.
Graduation project: Coca-Cola Action Project, August 2013 Won 1st place in the Coca-Cola Action Project at Hult International Business School. Worked in a team to develop a marketing strategy for Coca-Cola. • Analyzed the competitive landscape and conducted market research. • Researched the evolution of media, communication, and technology. • Created a campaign, including both digital marketing and traditional communication, to add innovation to the brand and enhance engagement and relevance of Coca-Cola to teenagers and young adults. • Evaluate and measure success of proposed campaign.
