o Analysis monthly Management Information
System ( MIS ) for two divisions.
o Prepare Monthly Receivable analysis report .
o legal cases : Coordinate with legal department of
EG (Engineering Group) from an accounting
perspective .
o Verifying monthly financial reports for all departments before closing,
o Prepare monthly performance reports after closing to take corrective action if there is any unfavorable variances .
o Participate in the annual budgeting process .
o Helping in providing all information needed to external auditor.
o Responsible for providing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports for three branches to head office, include :
Cash flow statements, Receivables( Outstanding ), Due balances to the suppliers in short term .
o Preparing financial files required from the banks to take credit facilities .
o Coordinate with internal and external auditors regarding any financial and non financial information required .
o Bank Reconciliation .
o Sales Tax. ( Monthly ).
o Accounts Payable .
o TVA Tax.( Monthly ).
o Controlling Inventory Stock.
o Accounts Receivables .
o Training manually on most of accounting
transactions ( Recordkeeping ), Include :
- Expenses, Revenue, Gain and Loss ( Income
Statement ).
- Assets, liabilities and Equity ( Balance Sheet ).
