1- Building strong trust-based relationships with the client and with key External Utilities stakeholders; both at practitioner level and at senior executive level.
2- Assist in identifying, analyzing and managing utilities agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure the satisfaction of those stakeholders with mandated authority on the Programme as well as the projects constituting it.
3-providing full support and guidance on all matters related to permitting & approvals for projects
4- Manage the expectations of Utilities providers and ensures timely escalation of issues through available escalation venues.
5- Assist the client in preparing, negotiating, and agreeing required MoU’s and procedures with the different stakeholders.
6-Managing correspondences between the client and the Utilities agencies.
7-Coordinate closely with the client at program wide level to resolve and respond to general stakeholder’s issues/inquiries and ensure timely response to these issues/inquiries.
8-Managing the review & approvals of applications through various portals.
Assist in monitoring the programme delivery related to the utilities agencies and services providers against established baselines for required approvals, permitting, utility/services diversions and land ownership.
10-Ensure effective coordination of the team internally to secure required approvals and assist in resolving stakeholder’s issues that affects the program delivery.
11-Guide the business and project to ensure compliance with the utilities providers’ requirements.

• Liaise with all relevant Agencies / Authorities and Client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
• Attend kick-off and co-ordination meetings and provide support during NOC process to the design team.
• Can produce utilities drawings and cross sections.
• Monitor progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
• Support project team in seeking approvals.
• Coordination with the Client dealings (both internal and external) and liaise with all government offices and service authorities in UAE for all technical queries and issues.
• Track utilities NOCs and ensure all of them are completed on time.
• Monitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations, related to NOC progress.
• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time, in terms of NOC process.
• Participate in project design meetings and recommend improvements if needed.
• Coordinate and collect information from relevant Agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries and issues, to prepare weekly and monthly reports, as well as design drawings for management and clients.
• Attend project meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
• experience in dealing and liaising with government authorities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Northern Emirates, and their NOC system.
