My job as Head pf the department since the start of the company enabled me to participate at setting the general work procedures and guidelines, and policies for all the sectors at the organization. Later in 2007 i was able with a team of three to define the business processes book for the company and drive it from there to introduce the business performance management system and the monthly dashboard.
In 2015 and before i left i was able to make huge transformation to the business and to cut lean the processes to achieve the necessary digital transformation that every organization aspires to.
