3)Eliminate reoccurrence of any corrective action requests.
4)Give the top management measurable indications about the efficiency & effectiveness of the running QMS.
5)Responsible of updating procedures and policies.
6)Internally train new staff and provide them with Quality Awareness.
7)Preparing the Management review and follow its actions.
8)Responsible of preparing other locations to be certified with ISO 9001:2008, "already joined the team in certifying two locations".
9)Follow up customer complaints and analyze them and monitor customer feedback.
10)Auditing Suppliers to give indications to the top management.
11)Follow up preventive action requests.
