-Oversaw the attendance clerk; managed all aspects of attendance for all the students.
-Interviewed new students after they have passed their entrance exam to acknowledge their personality and mindset.
-Counseled students on daily basis to find ways and methods to solving their problems if any, and making them feel comfortable and in a happy environment.
-Established a student council team meeting weekly to foster different activities and events for the students and the school.
-Responsible for locating, interviewing and hiring all staff members of the school, and giving them the training they require for each of their jobs. (Recruitment takes place in the United States).
-Responsible for payroll’s, issuing residential visa’s and insurance, and providing housing for staff members of the school as part of their benefits.
-Responsible for checking staff’s absences, time in and out and recording it systematically.
-Making sure that all staff members are accurately following their line of work.
- Responsible for listening to all staff complaints and finding ways and methods to solving their problems, if any.
- Responsible for ordering all the supplies and equipments needed by the staff.
- Communicated regularly between the Board, staff and community in an open and collaborative culture.
I have prepared an event for staff’s appreciation day, where all staff and the owner of the school were invited. I gifted staff on full attendance, best performance, and teacher of the year.
-Dealing with customers and customer services on daily basis.
-Motivating customers and inspiring them on purchasing a vehicle, and making sure that I have reached my target by the end of each month.
Have been nominated in MAY 2011 by Al Futtaim Motors, Dubai, to join their training program for Toyota Global Knowledge Center (GKC) Training - Dealer Performance Simulation.
-Conducted a project of Mercedes Benz strategic marketing in the UAE, defined the relevant market, and produced a product market structure to further enhance the different macro and micro trends and changes in the next 3 years.
