Government - Defense & Security:
• Federal Government Entity (UAE): Engagement Leader for a shared service feasibility study covering eight support services in four sectors across six emirates.
• Government Entity (Jordan): Engagement Leader for a comprehensive diagnostic review of entity’s support functions including Procurement and the design of an alternative business and operating model.
Aviation:
•Federal Aviation Authority (UAE): Work Stream Leader for the design of the entity’s procurement framework (including conducting a rapid supply chain assessment covering sourcing strategy, planning, people, processes and technologies; developing policies and procedures; reviewing the Delegation of Authorities’ Matrix and developing the function’s Key Performance Indicators).
•Airport Management Company (Jordan): Work Stream Leader for the rapid supply chain assessment of the procurement and inventory management functions; development of sourcing strategy, functional policies and procedures, vendor management framework, delegation of authorities matrix and the review of the existing revenue concession evaluation and award policy.
Consumer Products:
•FMCG Distribution Company (Jordan): Leader for the Supply Chain functions operational review and optimization of the Purchasing, Warehousing, and Inventory Management functions. Case included conducting a rapid supply chain assessment, developing the organization’s sourcing strategy, vendor management framework, functional policies and procedures and job descriptions.
Leading the Financial Operations Results Project (funded by the Middle East Partnership Initiative). Major responsibilities included:
• Development of stakeholder management plans targeting the US Embassy, various Donor Organizations, Financial Institutions, and Small and Medium Enterprises.
• Development and delivery of marketing campaigns and networking events.
• Led on the development of the Initiative’s Consulting and Training Modules - delivery of over 20 training sessions.
• Development of 3 subordinates
Managing the European Commission funded Euro-Correspondence and Information Center (EICC). Major responsibilities included:
• Built the Fund’s capacity to 120 members through training, facilitation, and one on one guidance.
• Developed and marketed in-depth guides and research papers on Market Access to Jordan and European Union.
• Represented EICC in international and regional conferences in Jordan, Malta and Syria.
