Responsibilities
• Formulating and executing innovative strategies designed to develop new C-level business in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region
• Managing relationships with new corporate customers and existing clients with responsibility for an extensive portfolio of clients in the corporate, public and non-profit sectors
• Engaging in various executive search assignments within the financial, investment, insurance, education, petrochemical, aviation, healthcare and consumer products and services practice groups
• Leveraging expert knowledge of the company’s services to address client issues and maximize satisfaction
• Playing a pivotal role in managing the entire client journey including business development, project oversight, client holding and delivery
King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research is an 894-bed multi-facility, multi-entity tertiary care hospital and one of the leading healthcare institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with around 9, 000 total number of employees.
• Contributing to the efficient running of the Division through the effective management of administrative activities and compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulations
• Providing a comprehensive administrative support service within the division including processing payroll time sheets, sick and annual leave documents and time and attendance records
• Instigating the staff appraisal and evaluation process in accordance with a defined set of criteria for sign-off by the Director
• Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors and responding promptly and appropriately to any enquiries or complaints that may arise
• Serving as a professional first point of contact for information concerning the activities of the Division
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when initiating special reports at the request of the Department Head
• Preparation of monthly insurance statements
• Reporting to National Social Security Fund
• Preparing the Partner’s Compensation Fund (translation of management statements & entry into database)
• Payroll preparation & payment to staff
• Review existing policies regarding personnel and initiate new ones where appropriate
• Handles day-to-day work of personnel
• Locate, Interview, Evaluate, and Select candidates for employment
• Processing of Senior Medical, Support, and Administrative staff to the different projects in the Gulf.
• Update agreements and assist with offers
• Develop relationships with external and internal agencies, medical institutions and universities
• Writing job adverts
