Responsible for following up on tangible leads in accordance with the business strategies set, and maintenance and updating the Business Unit Leads Database and performing end of year analysis on all pursued opportunities whether granted or not and the reasons behind not being awarded in addition to assisting in the preparation for a Public Relations Program that ensures that all clients are being taken care of.
Responsible for reading and analysis the terms of reference, and preparing the executive summary, preparation of CVs in the various required format, as well as preparing projects bio data sheets and the various required material for the proposals. And ensure that any proposals' graphical presentation is in line with the firm's accepted guidelines.
Assist in following up on distributing to and receiving inputs from the various Departments, and putting the full proposal together and submitting it at the required time.
Assist in preparing project agreements and Sub-Consultants agreement for Building Design and Supervision Projects.
Responsible for all the shop drawings required for the projects, Checking full design drawings, bill of quantity, cost estimate, contract documents for different kinds of projects.

Model House for the Tilt-up system, King Hussein Medical Center.
Wadi Rum Fortress proposal.
Base for the Jordanian Armed Forces, Mwagar
New JAF&RJAF GHQ Complexes, Madouna, Amman
Ice skating Rink, Amman, Jordan
Responsible for renovation of Dubai Islamic Bank (Jabal Amman and Bayader Branch) and Blom Bank. Worked on the shop drawings, bill of quantities, quantity surveying and as a site engineer.
