-Manage the administration department.
-Supervise and coordinate office assistants’ tasks for all the offices in Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria, Port-said)
-Responsible for procurement task
-Negotiate and renew all contracts for (courier, car rental, travel, hotel, maintenance, etc…)
-Assure new deals and contracts are landed reducing unit costs.
-Manage the Handling of all related travel arrangements for all staff (international and local)
-Ensure the timely order of office requirements for all offices in Egypt (Cairo, Alexandria and Port Said)
-Handle Insurance policies for life and non-life.
-Arrange special events (Ramadan, sales, marketing, etc…)
-Proactively making suggestions for improvements in office procedures, and in the beginning more or less creating a number of these procedures.
-Handle company Corporate affairs and legal documents
-Coordinate OGMs and EGMs for the company.
-Ensure proper update of company info at company's authority and commercial registries.
-Communicate with external legal authorities and consultants
-Manage renovations, moving and relocating projects.
-Creating and improving procedures for internal requests, communication, POs
-Maintain appearance and healthiness of the office internally and externally throughout the year.
-Overall impression of the administration department by other colleagues within the company.
-Manage the IT consultant contract and daily delivery of service.
-Prepare financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
-Handle all travel trips and invoices scan through SAP program.
-Manage Mobile operators of the organization.
-Manage the administration department assuring support is given to the rest of the employees while always being perceived as a backbone to the organization.
-Manage quarterly the customer service survey of the company.
-Establish all the Administration policies and procedures for the organization.
-Compile and edit a comprehensive analysis of all data related to Egypt’s export.
2. Human Resources (Egypt & Jordan):
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment of new employees, including placing
advertisements, developing contacts with recruiting sources, PI/LI
assessments, interviewing, consulting with internal hiring managers and
managing orientation and onboarding process.
• Manage all procedures related to on/off boarding in both countries
• Act as the main person for Payroll processing through HITS for (Egypt) and
payroll vendor for (Jordan)
• Provide monthly HR detailed reports related to cost
center/RICC/MIS/Allocation % etc…
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor law issues & Social insurance
activities in both countries.
• Validate, update & change any records related to staff created in HR systems
through SAP/share point
• Assist in Design and implement of company policies.
• Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
• Employee Relations: point person for all staff regarding HR activities matters
Assist in Assessment of training needs and coordinate learning and
development initiatives for all employees
• Identify and work with external HR consultants and attorneys on special
projects as needed.
