Responsibilities
• Audit all the invoices submitted by the purchasing department.
• Attach all the required documents related to the invoices, (e.g. LPO, inspection form, statement of account, etc.)
• Review and validate payment priority in accordance with company's policy or based on purchase order or contract.
• Monitor all the invoices and ensure correctness of data related to accounts payable.
• Report the due and pending supplier payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with the suppliers about their payments and the status of their invoices.
• Work with other departments to ensure proper and smooth payment procedures.
• Prepare payment vouchers and cheque.
• Enter GL transactions and other financial records.
• Prepare the proper supplier's statement reconciliations.
• Follow up with daily petty cash flow.
• Other tasks as assigned by the section head.

Responsibilities
• Prepare the claim file ensuring that the correct format/order of documents is followed (involves, original medical claim)
• Check the completeness of the medical claim form.
• Prepare statements of account and/or summaries per batch & per insurance company.
• Ensure TAT is adhered to in processing claims.
• Provide quality services to guests and other hospital staff regarding all enquiries on claims or insurance matters.
