A- Payroll
• Reviewing administration, factory and site attendance reports to issue the monthly payroll
through customized payroll software and submitting it to the Accounting manager.
• Preparing and reviewing the monthly phone and fuel reports.
• Preparing and updating employee and labors´ costing reports.
• Coordinating with the cost control department to ensure all time sheets are inserted into the
job costing system in due time and in parallel with the submitted payroll.
• Preparing a monthly comparative payroll.
• Preparing employee budgeting reports for local and abroad Glassline offices.
B- Personnel
• Creating and maintaining employee files (Hard and soft).
• Updating all employee files with any status or pay change.
• Reviewing all implementation of HR policies (attendance, absence, leaves. etc.) and
submitting weekly reports highlighting discrepancies to the HR and administration
manager.
• Preparing offer letters, contracts and addendum for new joiners.
• Preparing attestations headed to banks and embassies.
• Handling new joiners’ orientation and induction.
• Following up on all NSSF documentation (enrollment, terminations, and family
allocations).
C- Safety
• Preparing and analyzing a monthly factory and site accidents report, and submitting it to
the plant and operation managers.
