Provide input into strategic business growth and improvement decisions and playing a key role in effectively steering the company towards achieving its strategic objectives.
Oversee and implement the company’s Master Business Development Plan.
Lead the growth of the company’s sales by sourcing and securing new leads, opportunities and contracts to maximize sales opportunities and business plan targets .
Develop and execute the company Master Business Development Plan.
Report to the company’s board on the overall business development performance, targets and KPI’s .
Lead the proposal management team into Responding to RFP’s, Prequalification's, Expression of Interests, Tender and bids invitations. Coordinating the proposal process, drafting proposals compliant content, aesthetics and responding to post bid inquiries, presentations, meetings and negotiations.
Setting out the budgeting, pricing and fees for potential projects, tenders in close coordination with lead project’s architects and engineers and based on a deep understanding for the A/E industry pricing modules and strategies.
Draft, Review, negotiate finalize and implement contract agreements based on a deep understanding for a variety of A/E sector contracting modules: FIDIC White book, Design Build Agreements, and client customized contracts and agreements
Support in the design and execution of the company’s marketing plan.
Managing the Business Development Unit which is the out reach arm of the business.
Developing, Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Source and secure new contracts and Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve sustainable growth.
Forecast, Track and report Business targets and KPI’s
Managing, coaching and training a team of Business Development officers
Provide the technical know how for the BD officers to deliver on:
Technical and Financial offers including budgeting and pricing, project analysis, scope of work, methodologies and time plans.
Drafting and delivering on client/consultant model service agreements and contracts.
Develop strategic alliances and partnership in the region and internationally with consultants and specialty service provider.
The overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
