• Create and manage performance measurement using over 150 key performance indicators (KPIs) in relevance to strategic plan, operational plan, and accreditation standards, resulting in over 10% operational efficiency improvement, and contribute to Balance Score Cards.
• Manage over 15 quality improvement projects (QIPs) using plan, do, check, act (PDCA) and tracer methodology to study systems, processes, and structures across different departments and teams in relevance to the strategic plan, operational plan, and accreditation standards including process mapping, reviewing, and reengineering of various departments including testing, implementing, and identifying discrepancies that require modification to align with international quality and safety standards, resulting in cost reduction and revenue generation.
• Established a process for displaying KPIs and QIPs electronically and providing access to all staff through the organization's electronic system (Portal) in collaboration with the IT Department.
• Create, modify, and review policies and procedures relevant to accreditation standards and manage over 500 policies' monitoring plans and tools, resulting in over 70% adherence through auditing and monitoring.
• Assist Accreditation Teams in understanding and implementing the Accreditation Standards and include the standards in daily operations through documentation and monitoring, contribute to data and evidence gathering, conduct mock surveys for Accreditation Canada International (Dar Al Shifa Hospital) and Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (Dar Al Shifa Clinic), and represent Quality Department in accreditation teams.
• Prepare departmental and committee operational plans annually and monitor the achievement as per plan.
• Participate and conduct over 40 risk assessments upon request and 2 organizational-wide risk assessments in addition to 1 clinical risk assessment.
• Participate in meetings related to planning, quality, safety, and other operational matters to ensure both technical and quality policies are followed.
• Oversee, review, analyze, and validate statistical data reports and collected data relevant to KPIs, policy monitoring tools, QIPs, and different committees summarizing quality findings in addition to financial impact analysis.
• Prepare quality quarterly reports and highlight action plans required for improvement for available departments.
• Monitor and evaluate the appropriateness of quality plans, action plans received, and practices and consult with departments regarding quality control issues and activities.
• Contribute to data and evidence gathering for HIMSS7 certification.
• Contribute actively as an organizing committee member for Quality and Patient Safety Conferences, the Hospital’s Values Campaign, the Hyper-Automation Workshop, Shaik Khalifa Excellence Award, and other national and international events and awards.
• Contribute actively to Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategic Planning.
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma Workshop (Education & Training).
• Facilitate and represent Quality Department in Client Flow Committee, Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Committee, and Point-Of-Care Testing (POCT) Committee.
• Coordinate and compile evidence for ISO 9001 certification, ensuring quality documentation and process adherence.
• Manage office operations, track over 2, 000 orders status, maintain production system and dashboard, and handle customer inquiries.
