Prepare the yearly budget, establish trends and compare actual against forecast, extra cost provision through monitoring future business plans
•Implement internal control procedure and develop policies to preserve company assets and increase profitability
•Optimize company resources to achieve the highest level of professionalism and performance
•Review and analyze cost / budget trends and propose cost effective analysis methodologies for the improvement of budget performance
•Manage projects financially, coupled with a strategic outlook and proven leadership ability
•Implementation, analysis and management of new accounting systems and procedures, including systems integration and training.
•Implementation and development of financial strategies, management of finance team, ensuring timely financial information, providing advice and guidance on business development financially
•Negotiating loan terms, interest rate.
• Reconsolidation with banks, clients and suppliers.
• KSA Branch controlling the production/purchase/sales/bank accounts/LC’s/expenses/employees/assets/balance sheet,
• Syria Branch controlling clients/purchase/sales movement along with production/storage process in all it’s diversity,
• Accurate and complete processing of journals and reconciliation in a timely manner,
• Auditing production/clients/suppliers/bank accounts (CC’s, LC’s etc)/cash in all divisions (Syria/Ksa/Italy) among help generating the balance sheet.
• Monitoring the daily cash and bank balances.
