Duties:
- Preparation of baseline programs of works with a logical WBS, loading resources, defining activity codes and application into the program using Primavera P6 software by studying drawings, specification and BOQ, and extensive discussions with the projects team and consultant.
- Monitoring and controlling the project schedule and reporting on the performance using different techniques such as delays analysis, variance analysis, and Earned Value method.
- Preparation of construction programs, recovery programs, short term look ahead programs as and when required.
- Identifying delays & critical issues and reporting them to the management for corrective actions.
- Attending and leading weekly interface and progress meetings with client and project team.
