1. Preparing the job description as per the letter of intent.
2. Screening the CVs and sourcing employees from jobsites, consultancies.
3. Short-listing and identifying the prospective employee with required experience.
4. Conducting initial rounds of interview and decision-making.
5. Arranging interviews for the screened candidates with the senior managers of the respective departments.
6. Preparing the needed process and documents for the selected candidate such as (Job offer Contract, Job description, Sponsorship transfer, and welcoming on board).
7. Coordinated new hire orientations for all the newly recruited staff for all the locations.
• Sound knowledge of HR module of (Oracle JDE Edwards, Oracle ).
• Complete knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor systems like (Muqeem, GOSI, TAMM, BALADI…ETC) services.
• Evaluation and approving of vacations/final settlements for employees.
• Cross checking on monthly payroll before approving and submitting to finance Department.
• Worked in general, in all of the HR & Admin functions, especially in HR (Personnel affairs, recruitment, helpdesk, Payroll, and Admin...etc.).
• Handled all the recruitment cycle (receive requests of Indent, prepare job description, job posting, CV and candidate sorting, Making and organizing interviews, candidate evaluation, preparing job offers, supplication of all job requirements, on-boarding and new employees rotation).
• Designed job description form and collecting all required data.
• Work on any internal job that requires any replacement in a particular case, for example:- (Absence or resignation...etc.).
• Calculated and discussed with the management some of the Turnover rates in some Areas in the Company such as the
• (Separation, Joining, Stability, Turnover Rates).
• Reviewing and cross checking all submitted requests of local and international scholarships for Ministry of Heath Employees.
