During my tenure of five years as the Support Services Supervisor, I have grown professionally and have dealt with projects within the support services jurisdiction. During this position, apart from my regular duties, I got the interior as well as the exterior of the hospital to be modified according to the highest standards and was well appreciated. I changed the very appearance of the hospital. I make sure that quality isn't compromised at any time during the whole operation. I am responsible for creating demand-supply equilibrium with the department. I got buses added to the transportation as the number wasn't adequate. I added 2 new buildings fully equipped with the latest technology and security equipment to cater the needs of the housing section. I am responsible for planning, formulation and implementation of hospital wide Support Services policies and procedures.
