Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
• Lead and oversees execution of all IT infrastructure planned projects as per IT Business plan (BCMS, DR site,
Network Security Enhancement, Cloud Services, HCI Data Center Expansion, File Cloud Project, VMware
Workspace One UEM - Horizon VDI, ITSM, CRM, UC Project and NOC Projects).
• Manage day-to-day activities, controlling IT operation changes and provides reports accordingly.
• Reduce IT operation cost in terms of hardware and software support and licenses (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Define and facilitate IT requirement related to BAU and Transformation projects.
• Define and lead cloud journey strategy in alignment with the digital transformation plan.
• Lead all activities related to IT Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance and Cybersecurity programs and assure
compliance with internal and national regulations (NCA).
• Participate in the IT budget and ensure alignment with Finance.
• Coaching and supervising Infra team and ensure team is aligned with IT department goals.
• Develop weekly progress report system to simplify reporting and tracking of activities and projects.
• Plan, manage and track infrastructure projects and ensure all projects are aligned with IT strategies and
initiatives.
• Optimize infrastructure in terms of performance, availability and security.
• Manage RFP/RFQ for all IT infra requirements, evaluating proposals negotiating with technology vendors and
partners.
• Built talented teams of infrastructure specialists through strategic recruitment, development and training.
• Lead execution of disaster recovery drill activities and enhance IT DRP documentation.
• Defined department services catalogue and service level agreements.
Duties:
• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Maintain security, backup jobs and make sure from the data protected and recovered.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.
• Install patches and periodical upgrades, to ensure up-to-date and proper maintenance of solutions
• Monitoring and managing the health of the system infrastructure that includes capacity, support, design, upgrades.
• Participate with vendors and other IT team for problem solving.
• project management of small to medium technical project implementations. Including communication, stakeholder management and technical implementation. Develop timelines and budget estimates and provide status reports on the project progress.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of cloud computing (Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• Excellent knowledge of VMware (vSphere 6.5 - vCenter Server).
• Knowledge of web technology HTML, CSS, JavaScript. • Knowledge of anti-spam email gateway-Scrollout F1.
• Experience of working with some 3rd line projects.
• Knowledge & understanding of backup technologies & disaster recovery methods.
• Experience of using System and Network monitoring tools such as Solar Winds, PRTG.
• Good understanding of VPN, SQL, LANs, WANs, Windows 2012 R2 -2016, Active Directory Group Policies, TCP/IP, SCOM, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, Exchange Server, Hyper-V, SAN, NAS.

- Ordinary Technical Support for all departments and sites.
- Operating & maintaining all IT assets such as Network Equipments, Shared Printers … etc.
- Controlling, Monitoring, Transferring all IT assets as needed.

- Preparing Weekly Reports:
1. Pending Purchase & Delivery Status.
2. List of anti-virus updates. Monthly Tasks:
- Updating Windows Operating System for all PCs.
- Preparing Monthly Report:
1. Technical Support Monthly Status.
2. Full Supplying Report.
3. List of Operating Systems Updates.
4. List of IT assets.
Yearly Tasks:
- Inventory of all Device PCs, Screens, and Printers...etc.
