standards provided by the National Water Company (NWC).
• Monitored employee production through computerized
management system
• Supervised all construction activities including planning, execution
and monitor of the projects on Daily/weekly/Monthly Basis;
providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction in
coordinating with site management activities
• Followed up on the projects progress with related departments and
ensure successful projects execution.
• Working closely with Project Managers and Delivery engineers
regarding constructability, timing, costs, and quality; reviewed
performance against operating plans and standards
• Maintained excellent relations with National Water Company
(NWC), also coordinating with consultants, client & site engineers
for daily work progress
• Regularly update Service Operations team on the projects status.
Participates in weekly meeting with Consultants, and Contractors.
