- Handling tasks by Director General of Technical Affairs (TA) (writing and responding technical letters, chair meeting among TA departments (Engineering, PMD, Construction, and Urban Planning))
- Reviewing technical documents
• Develop procedures/checklist/stakeholders list for takeover/handover 20-projects
• Review and comment on detailed technical documents/drawings/SoW/Records/Procedures/ Manuals/Specifications to takeover/operate/maintain and manage JCPDI
• Prepare and chair technical review meetings among client/consultants/contractors/investors & operators
• Planning tracking/monitoring mechanical completion date and coordinating walkthrough
• Drafting/Editing/Writing/Responding - 3rd party technical Letters
•Preparing business presentation/Minutes of Meeting
•Coordinating internal stakeholders (ED, UPD, EPCD, PMD, CD, O&M, IDD, Assets, Security, Fire & IT)
•Responding/Investigating/Researching/Reviewing/Forwarding technical queries
• Conduct site inspection and ensure all electrical installation must comply with the design specifications, as per drawings and as per applicable standard.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
