• Administering and troubleshooting Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput and latency).
• Providing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Acting as IT Infrastructure Section Head as required.

• Developing and prioritizing long and short-term goals and objectives.
• Assure that clients are served in an effective and responsive manner.
• Developing and maintaining technology disaster recovery plans.
• Participate in budget development and manage expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budge.
• Supervise and manage equipment and other resources allocated to the program.
• Responsible for supervision of assigned staff including hiring, training, assigning tasks, evaluating and correcting job performance. • Acting as IT Manager as required.

• Configuring and Administrating of Cisco ASA Firewall.
• Administering Blue Coat ProxySG and Reporter. • Configuring and Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers, Extreme BlackDiamond, Cisco Catalysts and HP ProCurve Switches.
• Configuring and Troubleshooting of Cisco Wireless LAN Controllers and Cisco Aironet Wireless Access Points.
• Monitoring and analyzing network performance across the organization’s LANs and WLANs. • Identify, troubleshoot and resolve network-related problems encountered by end users.
• Maintain LAN standards and documentation including network architecture, hardware and software applications, support logs and other related information.
• Responsible for the design, procurement and installation of new network equipment associated with new facilities and expansions.
• Assist Biomedical Engineers and Applications Team to configure Picture Archiving and Communication System "PACS" Workstations and Servers.
• Acting as IT Networks and Operations Supervisor as required.

• Conduct site visits to establish project requirements, investigate field conditions, verify asbuilt drawings and other site verification requirements prior to engineering design.
• Design and revise drawings such as Data Networking (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VoIP), Paging System, Structured Cabling System, Fiber Optic Communications System, Closed Circuit Television, Fiber Optic Fence Sensor System and Security Access Control System.
• Prepare scope of works and Material Take-Off (MTO) as per the detailed design.
• Provide equipment specification review as per client requirement, international standards and overall system compatibility.
