To explore new business opportunities and to enhance revenue streams by offering Carrier and Broadband services solutions (P-2-P IP/Data connectivity, Dark Fiber Lease, Cable Duct Sales, Broadband Internet and Corporate Solutions) to Carriers and other Corporate clients on Metro Fiber & CDMA Networks.
To participate actively in available market opportunities with an objective to tap business potential based on company’s strengths i.e. financial, entrepreneurial and deployed network infrastructure.
To lead the Special Projects team to participate in Tenders/RFPs and to meet the legal, technical and commercial requirements of rigorous bidding process to win the new projects in Public and Private sectors.
To lead the cross functional team for implementation of USF Broadband Projects.
Leading the Special Projects team for liaison and monitoring of all projects including USF and their implementation through Technical and Commercial departments and timely delivery of the projects in hand.
Preparation of Business Plan and Analysis of the upcoming projects.
Handling major projects of Telecom and IT Operators like Mobilink, Wateen, Wi-tribe, Pak Data Com, Link Direct, Trans World, Multinet etc.
Managing corporate accounts through a dedicated team to ensure the timely achievement of Sales and Collection targets of the assigned territory.
To develop Sales Strategies for Broadband Internet Solutions for Corporate and Residential sectors.
Led the retail sales teams of 100 staff members for penetration of Broadband Internet in domestic markets. Appointing and managing Cable TV and Broadband Internet distributors for Sales growth and availability of services to Customers at their door step.
To develop and execute Marketing plans and Business strategies for Famous Mall.
To deal with entrepreneurs/investors for sales and business development and to offer them property.
To manage prompt cash collection on monthly basis from investors and entrepreneurs against sales of property.
To lead the Sales and Marketing team.
To introduce of new and novel concept of shopping at Famous Mall like e-mart, super market etc.
To develop Marketing plans and Business strategies for PTV channels.
To deal with advertisers/clients for business development and to offer them advertisement proposals and packages.
To activate brands for advertisement on PTV channels.
To arrange and manage events for PTV.
To develop Marketing plans and Business strategies for Digital Cable TV and Broadband Internet services.
To deal with Corporate sector for Broadband Cable Internet Sales and fiber optic cable lease.
To deal with Content providers for Cable TV channels.
To liaise with regulatory authority PEMRA for smooth Cable TV operations and airing of Content.
To deal and liaise with the managements of various MDU’s to facilitate technical dept for the installation of Internet/Telephony equipment and to secure future business as a part of Business Development activity.
To establish and lead Sales and Business Development Team for LL Telephony and Broadband Internet Corporate Sales.
Key member of Business Development team to work out strategies and analysis.
To head interactive V.A.S department including 0900 and SMS
Key member of the Marketing team for the successful launch of products in a highly volatile and competitive garments industry where quick time-to-market, strong distribution channels and multi level media strategies are keys to establishing competitive advantage.
Development of exclusive and efficient distribution channels in Pakistan to ensure quick on-shelf display of merchandize.
Participated in various Marketing activities as a key player.
Opening of new outlets in Lahore and other cities.
Preparation of Daily sales report.
