Expansion project for National Chlorine Industrial Company
installation work for all mechanical and electrical work:
• All metallic piping works carbon steel and stainless steel mainly of process piping steam, water…etc.
• Non metallic piping including all process piping GRP, FRP HDPE works.
• Steel structure erection works, site fabrication tank works, machinery works such as pumps, silos, reactors, mixers, … etc. and cabling laying and termination work.

Participating in construction of a 600 MW Diesel Engine Power
“Supplied by WARTSILA” Plant to provide electrical power, supervision of site
construction work in coordination with other trades to ensure their compliance with
the approved specification and contract requirements, follow-up site problem
System was including progress for Supervision over pipe lines installation & welding & fabrication
Engine & Auxiliary Models, Material and Equipment, installation, Assembling,
installation, operation, and commissioning for
Supervision over pipe lines installation & welding & fabrication with sub contractors in whole the building ( CTG & STG & WTP …… ) whole area in the site
Supervision over hot gas duct in the preheater building, fabrication, fit up and welding works.
Also responsible for coordination between site super intendant and management and site workers.
Quality control for mechanical works.
Supervision over installation, fabrication and welding works of HFO carbon steel storage reservoirs, water reservoirs piping fit up and welding. Also supervision of hot gas duct in the preheater building, cement hoppers and cement mill fabrication, carbon steel metal sheet fit up and welding works
Organization, systematic planning and implementation of drawings and plans received from Project Manager. Supervision of I and H beams before actual building and quality assurance of welding
Complete supervision, fabrication and implementation of installing steel water pipe line system under ground. Also in charge of welding, and safety measures including: hydro test, and x-rays.
