• Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads.
• Oversee all company social media accounts management.
• Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
• Cover live events on our platforms.
• Audit and analyses social media presence.
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with company’s overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
• Weekly report sales forecasts, develop and manage client & agency relationships.
• Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
• Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities.
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings).
• Social media management.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and
follow up to ensure resolution.
• Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
• Developing and maintain strong relationships with all Captains.
• Execution and development of efficient partnerships, and the deployment of creative campaigns.
• Manage customer activation as well as retention campaigns, from planning to execution and reporting in order to help deliver our main KPI: downloads, sign-ups, churn, daily trips.
• Ensuring our Captains follow the Careem quality standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Training Captains on our technology and customer service experience standards.
• Assist with event planning, execution, and reporting and cooperate with vendors, event coordinators, design teams, and local vendors for onsite collateral.
