As a coordinator between the section management of the company and between the Pakistan Motorway Consultants and NHA. As a facilitators for the smooth running of the work at the working site by providing foods to the site engineers, foremen, labours and other related 300 - 400 peoples from site camp to site area and providing facilities in providing facilities in providing them vehicle problems. Provided vehicle and meals for the officers. Supervising the smooth running of the project by substituting the damaged vehicle with the fit ones. These vehicles included light as well as heavy machinery.
In providing the inspections of earthwork department, structure department, survey department, laboratory and site reaches road sites by the Pakistan Motorway Consultants.
Requested the officer of NHA on behalf of our company to active their LAD officials if there was problem faced by our engineers on different locations of site area. Also requesting our own LAD officers to go to site with NHA officials to go to the site and rectify the problem. I noted stoppage time on behalf of the company.

Furnished 18 room’s single accommodation for the mangers fully furnished 06 WIP guest rooms ready for official guests of the consortium. Providing TV, VCD, Billiard tables, table tennis chess’s table and dish and managing of kitchen in those recreation rooms 132 rooms to be managed for the sub engineers supervisors labours through the Admin Officer 2, 3.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT, TUBE WELLS, DISPENSERIES, LAUNDRY
Taking care and installation of treatment plant and making sure that water is delivered for drinking to the offices and sites and for the camp water is supplied through the tube wells making sure that water is available at every place. Providing every kind of facility to the doctor ranging from medicine to the things of daily use. There are two main modern laundries catering for the need of the people so ensuring that people are getting clean dresses

GENERATORS
Providing fuel for 04 generators of 705 - kva capacities. Getting them serviced after 200 hours.



SITE CAMPS
Providing proper facilities to the people in the site camps delivering food & water for almost 400 people and establishing temporary small camps for giving facilities to the Engineer and extra staff.

PLAYING FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE OF GARDENS
Maintaining basketball courts and tennis courts, Badminton courts and plantation of gardens through genet Arial staff.

DIESEL PROCUREMENT
According to the agreement with PSO daily consumption of oil of almost 25000 ltr diesel for the site machinery and vehicles of the contractors to be purchased and stores in our own fuel pump in the site camp ad getting it delivered to the workers through the staff for more than 54 vehicles of PMC and NHA arranging fuel pump near the site camp. Making and agreement with fuel pump owners ad supplying fuel to all.
