Provide primary point of contact with Abu Dhabi department of Finance and Executive Council Office. And manage the government grant process ensuring accuracy of information submitted and provide assistance with any government entity as requested by the CEO, CFO and line Manager.

Yearly budgeting and reconciliation process on government projects.
Lead the annual government budget preparation with the Development and Commercial Departments to ensure that data is accurate across all levels and in line with the company strategy.

Generate new ideas to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the Government project funding and budgeting process and practices, taking into account ‘international best practices’, improvement of internal business processes and productivity improvements.

Creating different exit strategies for prospective buyers and sellers.
