I work at the Jeddah branch where I manage the pre-sales department in the Kingdom. The following is a brief description of my job assignments:
1. Managing team of 6 Engineers in the kingdom, and reporting to Country Sales Manager
2. Writing pre-sales department policies
3. Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values and present it to clients
4. Collect weekly reports from team members and submit a weekly report on department performance at the weekly management meeting
5. Working closely with pre-sale team in solution design, sizing, pricing, and write the technical proposal
6. Handling large accounts/enterprise RFP and government bids
Due to my previous experience in technical support, I moved to pre-sales department, brief of my job description:
1. Gather client requirements either in meeting, phone call, or e-mail
2. Demonstrate Sahara Net products to clients and show how it can benefit them
3. Study customer's pain points and/or growth plans
4. Solution design and write complete technical proposal
5. Contact and build relationship with vendors/distributor for product sizing and pricing
6. Participation in the proof-of-concept phase, and implementation phase up to project delivery
7. Handle key accounts RFPs and government bids
I joined Sahara Net in Riyadh for this position, and below is a brief description of my job:
1. Search for potential clients, meeting with them and offer company products.
2. Study customer requirements and offer proper solution with a simple technical proposal.
3. Follow-up on proposed offers till deal closing
4. Study the market and company competitors.
5. Arrange with implementation team to insure deliver correct solution to the client
1. Managing a team of 3 technical support engineers in Jeddah
2. Install, troubleshoot, and support Company services provided to the clients
3. Manage, improve, and enhance wireless network coverage in Jeddah city.
4. Manage and maintain Nesma Data Center in Jeddah city.
5. Provide technical consultation to company sales team to offer solutions meets customer requirement.

3. E-mail troubleshooting and configuration.
4. ADSL troubleshooting, configuration, and installation.
5. Provide phone support for leased line, DSL, and dial up customers.

I renewed my CCNA Certification and preparing for my CCNP Certification.
I completed the Cisco Sales Expert course.
I completed the four courses of Cisco Certified Network Associate course on October 2003. I become a CCNA certified after I applied for the exam on August 2004.
My university study was in Electrical engineering, total years of study were five years. First four years were discussing general Electrical engineering courses, last year was to take major on one of electrical engineering departments. I graduated as Computer engineer.
