Attended and participated in a full CBAHI survey, and presented CBAHI indicators to the surveyors

Conducted and reviewed different types of Quality Improvement Projects (PDCA, RCA …Etc.)

Dealt with Data Collection & Data Analysis of all hospital’s KPIs regularly and managed the quarterly performance improvement report of the hospital

Made too many educational sessions to the hospital’s staff about the Essential Safety Requirements (ESR)

Assessed and reviewed the compliance of the International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG), and measured the adherence of each goal within all nursing units

Dealt with a survey project provided by the Saudi Health Council to MHD about Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety measures that are applied in our Hospital in order to participate in a kingdom-wide survey.

My experience at Pro Rehab gave me the knowledge and the skills of how a healthcare organization runs, makes profits, and succeeds. I was engaged in many of the organization's meetings. Also, I've worked in the organization's billing system, scheduling system, excel projects, mailing insurance claims, payments entry, and other types of tasks. Now, I can totally practice what I gained in the new organization with the best possible efforts. Other tasks include::

• Administrative tasks surrounding the departments of billing, compliance, credentialing, and human resources
• Shipping and receiving of durable medical equipments
• In-take of patent information
• Observation of Physical and Occupational Therapy as well as Athletic training
