Made too many educational sessions to the hospital’s staff about the Essential Safety Requirements (ESR)
Assessed and reviewed the compliance of the International Patient Safety Goals (IPSG), and measured the adherence of each goal within all nursing units
Dealt with a survey project provided by the Saudi Health Council to MHD about Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety measures that are applied in our Hospital in order to participate in a kingdom-wide survey.
My experience at Pro Rehab gave me the knowledge and the skills of how a healthcare organization runs, makes profits, and succeeds. I was engaged in many of the organization's meetings. Also, I've worked in the organization's billing system, scheduling system, excel projects, mailing insurance claims, payments entry, and other types of tasks. Now, I can totally practice what I gained in the new organization with the best possible efforts. Other tasks include::

• Shipping and receiving of durable medical equipments
