A versatile and results-oriented professional who specializes in maintain operating rates for more than 200 equipments of various functions and purpose working in airplane land, and also within the cargo stores, which owned by Egypt Air Cargo Company such as (diesel, electric) Towing Tractors, (diesel, electric) Forklifts, powered transpallets, electric stackers, (gasoline, Diesel) (pick up Cars, vans), Trucks\} in Cargo Village, (Cairo, Alexandria \{Nozha - Burj Al Arab\}, Luxor) Airports.
Responsible for :
• Oversee Full responsibility for maintenance and mechanical, electrical repairs and planning & implementation of the maintenance programs for Egyptair Cargo equipments as \{(diesel, electric) Towing Tractors, (diesel, electric) Forklifts, powered transpallets, electric stackers, (gasoline, Diesel) (pick up Cars, vans), Trucks\} in Cargo Village, (Cairo, Alexandria \{Nozha - Burj Al Arab\}, Luxor) Airports.
• Design and implementation of periodic and preventive maintenance plans in place for all types of equipment using (project manager) program.
• Supervise the work of equipment overhauling (gasoline - Diesel).
• Overseeing the technical specifications of equipment and machinery for the company.
• Supervising the work orders (lists) of spare parts required by the Section's annual follow-up available in stores and put the critical limit for each part.
• Participate in the committees to decide on tenders put forward by the company and oversee Full-scale control myself the technical inspection and to provide technical reports as well as the tender and due diligence during the receipt.
• Responsible for the application of quality systems which placed within the company with respect to equipment maintenance department.
• The implementation of industrial safety instructions to all employees, management and availability of safety requirements for personnel, equipment and maintain the integrity of the facilities.
• Responsible for all acts of personnel and implementation of the technical & administrative instructions issued.
• Comply with all instructions and regulations on the organization of work which issued by the company.
• I do training courses for drivers and technicians on how to operate and maintain (diesel, gasoline and electric) equipments as well as to clarify the operating and safety instructions.
• Oversee inspection for handling equipment (electric towing tractor and powered transpallet) in LINDE company in France in JUNE-2012 .
• Oversee inspection for industrial batteries equipped in electrical Forklifts in HOPPECKE Company in Germany in MaY-2014.
• Oversee inspection for electric towing tractors in Toyota Company in Nagoya, JAPAN in Oct.-2014.
• Oversee inspection and Technical for electric Forklift in Still Company in Hamburg, GERMANY in jan.-2015.
• Oversee inspection for industrial batteries equipped in electrical Forklifts in MIDAC Company in ITALY in July-2015.
• Oversee the maintenance and mechanic & hydraulic repairs systems in medium section rolling mills in the company.
• Supervising the maintenance of rolling machines and its hydraulic systems, straightening machines& scissors.
• Supervising the complete Oven overhaul.
• Supervising the maintenance of cooling bed.
• Supervising the implementation of planned and preventive maintenance programs.
• First three months (training course on all hydraulic and pneumatic systems) there.
