Responsibilities
• Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; adjusting schedules as needed;
• Making sure that products are cost effective, follow up the plan and maintain the quality standards
• Working out the human and material resources needed;
• Drafting a time-motion study, process mapping and line balancing
• Ensuring that the proper material is JIT at the concerned work station
• Continuously evaluating factory staff, worker performance; KPIs recommend laying-off/promotions, increments and incentives.
• Working with support groups to decrease downtime, changeover, scrap rate and Increase productivity and OEE; Preparing weekly 5S audits, keep lean manufacturing system and continuous improvement., KAIZEN updated.

Responsibilities
• Supervises, manages and controls the disassembly line of Automatic transmission.
• Checks, tests, inspects and delivers transmission parts to the rebuilding line.
• Managing and supervises rebuilding line of different make and models of transmissions.
• Insuring adherence of rebuilding processes to SOP.

Responsibilities
• Managing all factory-related affairs which include manufacturing, maintenance, manpower, needs, manpower training & development and machineries upgrading.
• Liaising with ware-housing, quality assurance, Engineering and HR.
• Monitoring quality of receiving materials and finishing products.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing, Designing, developing and manufacturing of bus body, skeleton, interior, exterior, and determines fixture & tooling requirements for each production operation.
• Providing the required CAD engineering drawings, detailed drawings using CAD, SOLIDWORKS etc, materials specifications, standards, issues BOM for production and provides engineering support to process, manufacturing, SQE and product purchasing.
• Coordinating with Sales, Purchasing, suppliers, production, Quality assurance and aftermarket.
• Monitoring prototype & pilot build, evaluates, tests and validates prototypes/samples of new products for adherence to design intent
• Identifying & resolving problems areas.
• Supporting the production, process engineering, direct purchasing and after sales teams to analyze and resolve all quality problems related to local parts.

• Monitoring, controlling production line, material flow, material handling and coordinate with stock controllers to Implement production plan within specific time frame.
• Ensuring SOP and verifying of material distribution list for each.
• Assembly of chassis CKD comp.
• Repairing and re-building accident buses.
