- Reviewing and taking over project spare parts for newly accomplished properties, warranty certificates, and as-built drawings (AS-Built) and all other closing out documents including commissioning and End-User training reports.

- Leading and coordinating meetings between employers, consultants, and contractors throughout project phases until final handover.

- Reviewing retail and F&B design submissions and specifications, monitoring execution works, and conducting handover inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and technical requirements
